Doxology

I woke up with a heaviness on Mother's Day.

Thankful.  But burdened.

I just don't know why all that I have comes so easy to me.

As I got ready for church Sunday morning I kept thinking of all of my friends that were motherless this Mother's Day.

Or all of them that are mothers without children.

And then I looked around at my own blessings overflowing.  My breakfast in bed and butterfly kisses and full church pew.

And all I could do was bow my head in thanks for the goodness that I get to hold on to right now and then turn them right back over to Him.

Praise God from whom all blessings flow
Praise Him all creatures here below
Praise Him above ye Heavenly hosts
Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost
